Refund policy

Because our coffee is a freshly roasted, perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been opened or used. However, we stand fully behind the quality of every bag we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
As a perishable food product, coffee cannot be returned once it has been opened or used. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, contact us and we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your claim, and let you know if a refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
