Shipping policy
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Because our coffee is roasted to order to guarantee maximum freshness, please allow this brief processing window for your beans to be prepared before they ship. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.
Free Shipping: We are thrilled to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 to domestic destinations within the United States. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout when your cart subtotal reaches $50 (after any applied discounts and before taxes).
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@harpersrainbowbrew.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We use standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for deliveries. If you require shipping to a P.O. Box, please ensure your selected shipping method at checkout is USPS, as some private carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Damaged or Lost Orders
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@harpersrainbowbrew.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 48 hours, please reach out to us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
